LOCATION
AVERY TOOLS,L.P. has a 14,000 sq. ft. facility conveniently located on Hicks Airfield (T-67) for fly-in or drivein
customers. The address is 111 Aviator Drive (Hangar #111), Ft. Worth, Texas 76179. We have a retail store
& display area for our tools. Feel free to drop in and visit us. Our retail store and phone order desk hours are
9:00AM to 4:00PM (central time) Monday thru THURSDAY. FRIDAY HOURS 9:30 TO 3:30PM (central time). We are closed on Saturday & Sunday.

same day received when accompanied by a credit card number. Please include a daytime telephone number should

PAYMENT: TERMS & CONDITIONS
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express credit cards; please allow 10 days for clearing of
checks sent in orders by mail. We no longer can accept any COD orders.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship by either FED EX, UPS, or Priority US Mail; depending on weight and value of your order. Please specify
if you desire faster delivery service -- UPS Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day; Fed. Ex. Air; Airborne, Etc.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International orders are shipped by FED EX, UPS International, or Burlington Air Express / BAX for larger
orders; or by Express Mail (US Post Office) for smaller orders; unless you specify otherwise. Please note that our
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for paying all Tax, Duties, and related fees on their orders.
BACK ORDERS
Back orders occasionally arise due to unexpected demand or limited supply from a manufacturer. The item cost
will not be charged until the item is shipped, unless the back-ordered item is $25.00 or less and we expect to have
stock in less than a week. We do not charge additional shipping charges on back-orders. If a back order is not
acceptable, it can be cancelled upon your request.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchanges & returns may be made within 30 days; items in new condition, original packaging, + please include a copy
of the invoice. Failure to comply will result in a 15% restock fee. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Freight damages must be reported immediately to delivery carrier.
WARRANTY
We guarantee all our tools and products. If they do not meet your requirements, return the item to us within 30
days from date of purchase for a refund. Please include a note describing the problem and the number of the
original invoice so we can issue the correct refund amount. All air tools carry a 1 year warranty (not valid for misuse,
accident, repair or alteration outside our repair shop).
